Install straps at portal walls from header to strongwalls per detail 20/S3. 2. Engineer to detail blocking between floor trusses at grid line 3 to address both structural and fire resistance. 3. Confirm anchor bolts at grid line A 23 inches on center. 4. Nail 2 2x sills together at grid line A with 16ds at 4 inches on center. 5. Western most hold down at grid line A shall be attached to full hieght stud. 6. Re-install missing stud at wall in comment #5. 7. 2 inch nailing at all edges of lower shear wall grid line A. 8. Install 4 foot of fire resistive roof sheathing at grid line 3. 9. Engineer to detail fix for service panel penetration of type 6 shear wall at grid lines C, 4. 10. Install HDU4's at second level, grid line A. 11. Shear wall schedule calls for 3x edge studs at second lever grid line A. 12. Remove/replace shiners at grid line A. Engineer to detail fastening of double 2x's if item #1 approved. 3. California corners instead of solid side by side 2x for 1st level type 2 shearwalls outside corners. 4. Nailing for type 2 shearwalls is currently 3 inches instead of 2 inches at boundaries: will double 2x's handle extra nails resulting in 1 and 1/2 inches apart? 5. Eastern boundary of eastern type 2 shearwall is currently a single stud and even if stud is doubled will result in a 2 foot 6 inch wide wall instead of the 4 foot per plan. 6. Second level type 3 shearwalls are 2 foot 4 inches and 2 foot 8 inches wide instead of 3 foot 11 inches per plans. 7. Nailing on second level is not 3 inches at boundarys as called out and will be subject to over-nailing if nails are added as noted on the first level, comment #4

Install metal transistions as needed at bath fans so flex is not crimped. 13. Install nail guards at pvc draines as needed. 14. Install dryer vent. 15. Install kitchen hood vent if used. 16. Fire block at cieling hieght in conceled spaces (fireplaces and duct chase). 17. Strap and/or clip where top plats do not lap 4 foot and wall intersections that don't lap. 18. Install A-35s from top plate to east gable as per plans/calculations. 19. Justify or re-frame stair stringer risers vary more than 3/8 inch over flight (top 6 and 3/8 vs. middle 7 vs bottom 7 and 1/2 inches. 20. Install windows per schedule or provide solution accepted by the building department for egress vs. fall protection

Add outlet at right counter greater than 2 foot from outlet to right of sink. 14. Stairs shall not vary more than 3/8 inch in rise and run. Bottom rise greater than 7 and 3/4 inch max. Top riser to short. some treads vary to much. 15. Provide ladder to access attic furnace for inspection. 16. Provide photos of J-box bonding for roof solar and good housekeeping under solar panels. 17.
