The trap shall be install 6 inches to 18 inches above the floor and the vent shall be taken off above the weir of the trap. 5) The shower trap needs the vent taken off above the weir of the trap. 6) All plumbing needs to be topped out with water after repairs are made. 7) Bath fan to be a min of 3ft away from openable window. 8) All stairs exceed max 7.75 rise.
